You want to perform your best from the first whistle. With a powerful blend of caffeine, beta alanine and citrulline mallate, Focus90 gels are designed to give a pre-match boost and prepare you for the intensity of the game. Available in 3 fruity flavours, made in the UK, Informed Sport tested and trusted by professional footballers and elite clubs worldwide. For footballers aged 18 years and older, to be taken 30 minutes before kick-off.
The Science Behind FOCUS90
Studies show that taking 200mg of caffeine during your pre-match warm-up helps to produce valuable improvements in certain abilities related to football performance. Studies have also shown that caffeine ingestion before a match improved footballers’ endurance levels, jump performance, passing accuracy, cognitive skills, focus and decision making ability.
3g Beta Alanine
Beta alanine works by rapidly removing the acidic by-products of intense actions, allowing you to work as hard as possible, as frequently as possible, during the 90-minute match.
6g Citrulline Malate
Research suggests that citrulline malate can boost intense, short duration and endurance performance by increasing arginine levels in the body, supporting the production of nitric oxide.
How to Use Focus90
